Elite7 follows certain guidelines in order to ensure a perfect stay for customers and are committed to a policy of fair-trading. As a management, we do expect the customers to accept the below stated terms and conditions. The terms and conditions mentioned as follows clearly explain our responsibility to you as well as your commitment to us. We request you to read these carefully before you make a booking.
Your commitment to us:
1. RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION ON BOOKING:
• Reservation of the property from www.elite7.in does not guarantee the availability or the confirmation of the villa unless the payment details and ‘BOOKING APPROVAL’ email /message is sent to the customer by our management team. The guest is supposed to get in touch with us through mail (mail@elite7.in) or on call (9003101629) and enquire about the availability of the property. Once the availability and rental tariff is fixed, 50% of the tariff has to be paid for the BOOKING APPROVAL. The reservation process only guarantees the property’s rental tariff and the availability for the requested date while confirmation on booking is done only after the customer receives the BOOKING APPROVAL email/message from Elite7 management. • The customer acts accordingly by Elite7 terms and conditions, once the booking confirmation is done. • After booking confirmation, the customer receives the bill copy stating the payment details, due date, number of guests, property details, total cost due, Government of India taxes (If applicable) and extra arrangement details (If asked). • Upon receiving the BOOKING APPROVAL email/message, the principal guest (who made the booking) has to submit the government approved Id proof. When you send the identity card and advance amount, you are confirming that you understand and have accepted our booking conditions. Should you later cancel, cancellation charges will be applicable as per our cancellation policy. If we do not receive the Booking amount and Government approved identity card within 24 hours of reservation, we do have the right to withdraw the reservation.
2. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Refundable security deposit of Rs.2500 has to be paid along with the final payment. It will be refunded within 24 hours after y¬our check out date and time if there are no losses or damages in the property. Deductions will be made in the security deposit in case of damage, theft or breakages. It also includes early check in’s, late check outs, additional cleaning costs for spills, stains etc. Receipts for the deductions in security deposit for repairs/replacements will be provided. If the damages caused exceed the value of security deposit we do have the right to pursue the guests for compensation and payment has to be done within 24 hours of being served notice of this. We do request you to avoid these incidents and make it feel home.
3.CHANGES IN DATE: After the booking confirmation and the payment is done for the accepted quotation by guest, the customer can alter the date of booking prior to at least 10 days before the date of arrival, post where the date can’t be altered/rescheduled. No additional charges will be incurred.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY: Booking Amount excluding the cancellation charges, is refundable only if cancelled at least 15 days before the date of arrival, post which the booking amount will not be refundable. Bookings made prior to 15 days of check-in willbe treated as corner hour booking and booking amount will not be refunded if cancelled. Security Deposit paid if any is refundable.
5. REFUND POLICY: Upon cancelling the booking before 15 days of check-in/arrival, the booking amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Refund depends on factors including cancellation policy, time of cancellation and cancellation charges.
6.PERSONAL SAFETY: Guests are advised to take care of their belongings. We are not responsible for any theft/loss of your belongings. Your safety is paramount. Therefore, ensure you can look after yourself and children in your care. – No children under 16 are allowed in the swimming pool without a supervising adult. Diving is not allowed strictly. Guest explicitly agrees to use all facilities and amenities in and around entirely at the guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility. Further, we are not liable for any waives/claims against ELITE7 and the property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any Loss, Injuries or death that may be sustained by guest and /or his / her party on or near or adjacent to the property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities for whatsoever reason/s.
7. BEING APPROPRIATE: The persons/guests mentioned in the booking can only use the accommodation. No other persons/guests shall be entertained in the property without prior notification. The properties are booked for normal holiday use only and pets/animals are not allowed without prior permission. We do trust our guests and respect their privacy. But incase, if we become aware of or are notified with any inappropriate or illegal activity associated or you are creating any distress, danger or annoyance to others or to damage the property, your holiday arrangements may be terminated by us. In this situation we will have no liability to you and will not be responsible for making any refund. You may be subjected to pay any compensation or meeting any costs or expenses you incur. So kindly avoid being so to avoid unnecessary issues to enjoy a peaceful stay with us.
8. LOSS/THEFT/BREAKAGES: All damages to the accommodation [ If any caused] must be reported immediately and these must be paid for locally before vacating the property. We also reserve the right to charge for damage or breakages not reported and found after departure.
