1. Reservation & Booking Confirmation 📝
Reservation through www.elite7stays.com does not guarantee availability until payment is received and a Booking Approval email/message is issued by our management.
Guests must confirm availability and tariff with us via phone (+91 90031 01629) or email.
To secure the booking, 50% of the tariff must be paid in advance.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the Booking Approval is sent by Elite7Stays.
The principal guest must provide a valid Government-approved ID proof within 24 hours of reservation.
If the booking amount and ID proof are not received within 24 hours, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
2. Security Deposit 💰
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required along with the final payment.
Refund will be processed within 4 hours after checkout, provided there are no damages, theft, or extra cleaning needs.
If damages exceed the deposit, the balance must be paid within 24 hours of notification.
3. Changes in Booking Date 📅
Guests may reschedule their booking at least 15 days prior to arrival at no additional cost.
4. Cancellation Policy ❌
50% of the advance is refundable if cancelled 15 days or more before check-in.
Non-refundable if cancelled within 15 days of check-in.
Last-minute bookings (made within 15 days of arrival) are non-refundable.
Security deposit (if paid) will always be refunded in case of cancellation.
5. Personal Safety & Liability 🛡️
Guests are responsible for their belongings. Elite7Stays is not liable for theft or loss.
Children under 16 years are not allowed in the swimming pool without adult supervision.
Diving is strictly prohibited.
Guests use all facilities and amenities at their own risk.
Elite7Stays and property owners are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or death that occur during the stay.
6. Guest Conduct & Appropriate Use 👥
Accommodation is strictly for the guests listed in the booking. Extra persons are not permitted without approval.
Properties are for holiday use only. Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
Elite7Stays reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if:
Guests are involved in illegal/inappropriate activities
Guests disturb neighbors or cause nuisance
Guests damage property
7. Loss, Theft & Breakages 🔑
Any damages must be reported immediately and settled before checkout.
Elite7Stays reserves the right to recover costs for damages found after departure.
